Blue Print Management is an influential collective of architects , engineers , project managers and designers with over 25 years in the industry. El Sueno is of Blue Prints amazing creations . Translated to “The Dream” in English , the structure was originally built in 1910 in Worthing. With a mandate of undertaking restoration works to the property’s feature tower, the design includes the creation of retail spaces, apartments, a restaurant and outdoor seating.
The building’s Spanish -style exterior was enhanced with modern yet timeless elements that are complementary to the aesthetics of indegineous architecture. The apartments feature hints of industrialism portrayed through the use of white ceilings and concrete grey kitchen cabinets. Ll these elements seamlessly blend together evoking a sense of luxury that the clients truly love.
